Life can take unexpected twists and turns: Stress, depression, anxiety, and trauma may leave us feeling lost and overwhelmed. We may feel that we are selfish to put our own needs and feelings before others, making it difficult to move forward towards our goals and dreams. I am here to help! I work with adolescents and adults to identify negative feelings, thoughts, and behaviors, and move toward replacing them with healthy, positive habits.

When it comes to therapy, I'm all about creating a space that's open, accepting, and truly centered on you. I believe that every person has a story to tell and a journey to walk, and I feel privileged to be part of that journey with you. Life is full of transitions, and they can be tough at any age. It’s totally normal to feel lost, anxious, or even a little bit down when everything seems to be changing. I'm here to let you know that you're not alone in this, and it's okay to not have everything figured out.
Diana Lugg-Brown
Marriage & Family Therapist Associate, MMFT, LMFT-A
In our journey together, I provide a safe and supportive environment where we can work collaboratively, free from judgment. I firmly believe that achieving emotional well-being and happiness is within reach, even in the face of adversity. Together, we can confront the lingering effects of past traumas and cultivate the healthy family dynamic you envision.
Lydia Apolinar
Licensed Professional Counselor
During my time as a therapist, I have discovered we are all trying to thrive while simultaneously doing life as peacefully as possible. I recognize this can get tricky at times, especially when we are feeling overwhelmed, stressed, burnt out, like we have lost our way, or even when we just start to notice things aren’t quite the way we’d like them to be.
Jean Lyons
LCSW-S, Licensed Clinical Social Work Therapist, Approved Supervisor
Are your early experiences shaping how you’re forming close relationships later in life? Do negative thoughts about yourself weigh you down? Do you find yourself ruminating about past or future rejections, or worrying about whether someone might judge you for not being perfect?
Don Zablosky
LPC-S, LMFT-S, NCC, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist
I take a rational approach to unearthing the beliefs that may be operating deep within you, helping you understand what is influencing you. You can then knowingly re-pattern your thinking so you're more in charge of your world and can get on with life.
