LPC Associate supervised by Don Zablosky, LPC-S, LMFT-S, NCC

When it comes to therapy, I'm all about creating a space that's open, accepting, and truly centered on you. I believe that every person has a story to tell and a journey to walk, and I feel privileged to be part of that journey with you. Life is full of transitions, and they can be tough at any age. It’s totally normal to feel lost, anxious, or even a little bit down when everything seems to be changing. I'm here to let you know that you're not alone in this, and it's okay to not have everything figured out.

For me, person-centered therapy is all about meeting you right where you are, no judgments, no assumptions. I don't claim to be the expert on your life—because you are—but I am here to collaborate with you and help you explore what feels right for you. It's important to me that you feel heard, understood, and respected. So, I’ll help you tap into your strengths and build a stronger sense of stability, even when everything around you feels shaky.

My ultimate goal is to offer hope and be a supportive guide as you navigate through your mental health journey. We'll work together to find out what “better” looks like for you, because it’s your story, and you get to write it.

Just a quick note, I'm an LPC Associate practicing in Texas, which means I work under the supervision of a licensed professional counselor supervisor named Don Zablosky, LPC-S, LMFT-S, NCC. So, if you're looking for someone to walk alongside you through the ups and downs of life, I'd be honored to be that person.
