Sometimes we find ourselves in situations that give us the same unwanted outcome time and time again, despite our best efforts to do things differently. We're unaware of the beliefs beneath the surface that are influencing our thoughts and actions.

I meet with people of all ages - from adults to adolescents to children as young as 3 - for a variety of reasons, including:
